NJORD Advokaadibüroo and eight other Estonian law firms have compiled updated versions of the free package of legal documents for start-ups. The set of model documents published on the Startup Estonia website contains a total of 22 basic contracts and documents that start-ups and investors need most in the beginning. Although setting up a company is easy in Estonia, there is often trouble in drawing up the correct contracts and documents, because hiring a legal advisor is a significant additional cost for a start-up entrepreneur.
