Physical person as a founder

• Passport copy
  
• PoA, notarized, and may need to be affixed with an Apostille (only necessary when the founder cannot come to Tallinn)
  
• Consent to be a management board member, notarized, and may need to be affixed with an Apostille (only necessary when the management board member cannot come to Tallinn)

Legal person as a founder

• Passport copies of all the management board members
  
• PoA, notarized, and may need to be affixed with an Apostille (only necessary when the founder cannot come to Tallinn)
  
• Consent to be a management board member, notarized, and may need to be affixed with an Apostille (only necessary when the management board member cannot come to Tallinn)
  
• Registry extract of the founder (not older than three months), i.e. an official extract with signatures and stamps, might need to be affixed with an Apostille 
  
• Official AoA of the founder (not older than three months), might need to be affixed with an Apostille 

The registry extract should at least show the ultimate beneficiaries, shareholders and management board members (with signatory powers).
